Return & Exchange

A Good is a “Conforming Good” if: The products including the packaging are in originally purchased, unopened, unused and undamaged condition as how they were delivered upon procurement; the product’s label or packaging correctly identifies its contents, and the products shipped is the same products as identified in the corresponding Sales Order.

1. Returns of Already Delivered Conforming Goods. In the event that you requests to return or exchange after the products are already delivered, the request may be accepted by us on the premise that the following conditions are satisfied simultaneously:
   1. The products including the packaging are in originally purchased, unopened, unused and undamaged condition as how they were delivered upon procurement.
   2. The request is submitted to us and the products are shipped back to us within two (2) weeks as of the date when the products are shipped out to your documented in our system.
   3. You agree to be responsible for the associated shipping fee arising out of returning the products.


2. Method of Reimbursement. Your request will be processed after the returned Conforming Goods are received by us in the condition specified in Section 5 (a). Once the request is approved, you are entitled to choose one of the following 2 solutions:
   1. Replace the returned products with new inventory for the same model with equivalent goods value.
   2. Credit the price of the returned products to future purchases.

Shipments, Delivery, Title and Risk of Loss

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipment

Warranties

The Company hereby disclaims all implied warranties. IKRUSHER’s Services, including, but not limited to, its Website, in-store services, delivery, and rewards, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind. You assume the risk of any and all damage or loss from use of, or inability to use, the Services, whether they are provided in-person or through the Internet. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company expressly disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company, its Affiliate entities, subsidiaries, and licensors do not warrant that the content within the Services is accurate, reliable, or correct; that the Services will meet your requirements; that the Services will be available at any particular time or location; that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that any defects in the Services will be corrected; or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful content. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is downloaded at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such download. The Company does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Services, and the Company will not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between you and any third-party providers of products or services.
